Douglas P. Mcmanamy
Following his graduation from Hampden-Sydney College and Georgia State University School of Law, Douglas (Doug) McManamy began practicing law in 1993.
For the first 10 years of his practice, he represented and opposed some of this country’s largest corporations in litigation across the southeast. In 2005, he opened his own practice and began representing privately held businesses, and was general legal counsel involved in real estate-backed lending.
McManamy has served as a member of his church Vestry and is the Secretary of the board of managers at the Savannah Golf Club. He currently lives in Savannah with his wife and two children.
Stephen E. Jackson, Jr.
Stephen (Steve) Jackson began practicing law in 2002 and has spent his career representing buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and brokers of real property.
He has closed thousands of commercial and residential transactions throughout Georgia, served as an agent for several national title insurance companies, and is well versed in the nuances of title insurance and the increasing complexities associated with getting a deal to the closing table. He is committed to making every transaction, large or small, simple or complex, a seamless transaction.
A married father of five, Steve received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, and his J.D from the Georgia State College of Law.
Thomas E. Hollis
Thomas E. (TJ) Hollis was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2002. A graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Hollis is a member of the Savannah and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia.
He is licensed to practice in all Georgia courts, including federal, and specializes in commercial and residential real estate, corporate transactions, and
corporate law.
An alumnus of Benedictine Military School, TJ currently lives in Savannah with his wife and children.
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Ganem
Michael Ganem has been with McManamy Jackson since its inception in 2005 and oversaw the merger that created McManamy Jackson Hollis, LLC. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for managing all of the administrative and financial functions of the firm.
Michael has extensive knowledge and years of experience as a paralegal handling all aspects of real estate and corporate legal matters. Prior to joining MJH, he worked for the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Georgia.
Born and raised in Savannah, Michael has deep family roots within the community. For seven years, he has served on The Savannah Golf Club’s board of managers and is an alumnus of Benedictine Military School.
A graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University, Michael currently lives in Savannah with his family.
